Happens sometimes with tight streets or low bridges! If access is tricky, we’ll work with you to:

• Find a nearby spot (like a carpark or kerbside—with permission, of course).

• Use a smaller truck if we’ve got one available.

• Worst case, refund you if we really can’t make it work.

• Pro tip: Tell us about access issues (narrow lanes, parking permits, etc.) when you book—it saves headaches later!

• Plasterboard: Yes, but it has to be kept separate from other waste (blame strict recycling rules!). There might be a small extra charge.

• Asbestos: Absolutely not! It’s dangerous stuff and needs special disposal. If you’ve got asbestos, ring us—we can point you to licensed handlers.

Only if it’s on the road:

• Public highway: We sort permits (takes 3-5 days)

• Your land: No permit needed

Soft ground can cause the skip to sink, and slopes might make loading tricky. If your only option is grass, let us know—we often use wooden boards to stabilise the skip.
