The 6 yard skip is the most reliable “all-rounder” for household projects and also known as “builder’s skip”.
It’s big enough to handle a full bathroom rip-out, a small kitchen refit or a general house clear-out. For renovation work, a 6 yard skip is usually the first size people book.
It can also handle furniture, bagged rubbish and general junk from lofts, garages and spare rooms, so it’s a good choice if you’re decluttering before sale or end of tenancy.
A 6 yard skip can usually fit on most driveways, but we still need safe access:

We offer a standard hire period of 14 days. If you need the skip for longer, extensions are available over the phone for £30 per day.
This skip is perfect when you’re doing one full bathroom OR clearing out multiple rooms at once.
Upholstered furniture and mattresses may be allowed, but can carry an extra disposal charge. Ask before loading.
A permit is legally required if you plan to place a skip on a public road, pavement, or council-owned land. As part of our service, we can handle the permit application for you.
When booking, simply select where you’d like the skip placed. The fee will be automatically added if a permit is needed.
Permit Fees:
A 7-day permit ranges from £30 to £50, while a 14-day permit costs around £95 or more.
Provide flexible delivery windows from 8:00 AM–11:00 AM, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, and 2:00 PM–5:00 PM. We aim for next-business-day delivery when you order before 2 pm in most areas. For same-day delivery, place your order before 10 am or early morning
